Visitors to Our Website
When somebody visits a website provided by e4education we collect standard internet log information that details visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to help our clients learn more about how their website is being used and how it can be improved. This information is collected in such a way that your identity will remain anonymous throughout. We will never make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our client’s website.
If you complete any forms on our client’s websites, we will process this information on behalf of the school. This information will be stored securely in a database, emailed to a contact at the school, or both. We do nothing with this information and will never sell, distribute or lease this to third parties unless we are required to by law.
School News App
If you are a user of our School News App, you will be asked at the beginning to search for the school, you can do this with a standard text-based search or using your location. For this purpose, location services will need to be enabled on your device to use this feature. Your location is only ever used in this instance and is requested at device level only - it is never stored on our servers. Indeed no personal information is ever captured or stored when using the App.
